These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MFC (Metal Finishing Calculator) software, website at mfc.psyrcuit.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Psyrcuit LLC ("Psyrcuit," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MFC is a professional estimation software application for the metal finishing industry. The Service includes the desktop software application, license activation and management, optional support subscriptions, and the MFC website.
The MFC application operates fully offline after installation and license activation. No customer estimation data, part specifications, or pricing information is transmitted to Psyrcuit or any third party during normal use of the application.
Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided in Section 4) license to use one copy of MFC on one computer, identified by its MAC address. The license is tied to the specific machine on which it is activated. See the End User License Agreement (EULA) for complete license terms.
License pricing: $4,999.99 for a single license (first purchase); $3,499.99 for additional licenses (returning customers or multi-license orders). All license purchases are one-time, lifetime licenses with no recurring fees.
You may transfer your license to a new machine up to once per year per license. Transfers are initiated through the MFC application and completed through our website or support system. The previous machine's license will be deactivated upon transfer. Additional transfers beyond one per year may be approved at Psyrcuit's discretion.
Every license purchase includes standard support (3–5 business day email response) at no additional cost. Optional 24/7 Instant Support subscriptions are available at $99.99/month or $999.99/year, providing AI-powered email support with immediate response times.
Every new license purchase includes a complimentary 30-day trial of 24/7 Instant Support. The trial does not auto-renew and requires a separate subscription purchase to continue.
Support subscriptions cover the customer's email domain (for business email addresses) or up to 5 specific email addresses (for free email providers). Psyrcuit reserves the right to limit support access if a subscription is being shared outside the scope of the purchasing organization.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. Price changes will not affect licenses or subscriptions already purchased.
Due to the digital nature of the product, all license sales are final once the license key has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing use of the software, contact mfc.support@psyrcuit.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Support subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
MFC uses SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure account access. By providing your phone number during purchase, you consent to receiving one-time verification codes via SMS or voice call when accessing your account portal.
SMS messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS (voice call verification will remain available), or reply HELP for support information.
Psyrcuit is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your wireless carrier, network conditions, or device settings.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; share license keys with unauthorized parties; circumvent or attempt to bypass the licensing mechanism; use the software for any unlawful purpose; redistribute the software to third parties.
MFC, its source code, documentation, design, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Psyrcuit LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not ownership of the software itself.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PSYRCUIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Psyrcuit does not warrant that surface area calculations, pricing computations, or quotes generated by MFC are error-free. Users are responsible for verifying all calculations and quotes before relying on them for business purposes.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PSYRCUIT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. PSYRCUIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psyrcuit LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Psyrcuit may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
